by commissioning me, you agree to follow the terms below.

general

  • i have the right to deny any commission i will not feel comfortable with or will not able to draw

  • i have the right to deny a commission if i feel it violates my list of subjects i will not draw

  • i have the right to post the commission on my socials or to add the commissioned artwork to my portfolio

payment process

  • i take payment 100% upfront. if this does not work for you, i am willing to do 50% now and 50% once the commission is done

  • i accept paypal, cashapp, zelle, and venmo

  • refunds are only granted if i am unable to work on your commission for any reason

use of art

  • credit must be openly given when posting or using your commissioned artwork

  • you may not claim my artwork as your work, this extends to removing my watermark off of my artwork

  • all art bought from me must be used for personal use, do not resell my artwork

  • i do not allow my artwork to be used for nfts or for ai artwork / training

  • additonal characters - 50% of base price
