by commissioning me, you agree to follow the terms below.

general

  • i have the right to deny any commission i will not feel comfortable with or will not able to draw. i also have the right to deny a commission if i feel it violates my list of subjects i will not draw.

  • i have the right to post the commission on my socials or to add the commissioned artwork to my portfolio.

payment process

  • i take payment 100% upfront. if this does not work for you, i am willing to do 50% now and 50% once the commission is done.

  • i accept paypal and cashapp.

  • refunds are only granted if i am unable to work on your commission for any reason.

use of art

  • credit must be openly given when posting or using your commissioned artwork.

  • you may not claim my artwork as your work. this extends to removing my watermark off of my artwork.

  • i do not allow my artwork to be resold in any way, shape, or form. all art bought from me must be used for personal use.

  • i do not allow my artwork to be used for nfts or for ai work / training.

  • pfp / icon commissions are face close-ups of the person or character you request and are 2000 x 2000 (pixels).

  • base price -> $20

  • complex design -> +$5

  • extra expressions -> +$5 per expression
